General introduction

RealGen Ltd. has been selling, repairing and maintaining "emergency power systems, solar cells and collectors" since before its establishment. These systems consist of an uninterruptible power supply of various performance, maybe a converter, a transformer and a diesel genset if required. Every part is connected to a control system.

Such complex emergency power systems require serious sizing, coordination and planning procedures, and during our business activity, our team of technicians has gained a lot of experience in solving the problems related to these tasks. The company has been doing research in the field of alternative micro power plants for more than 4 years, acting as director of technical planning. In May 2006, our team of technicians was invited to visit the Power-Gen Europe conference in Cologne, where they entered into long-term technical and business contracts with several companies.

RealGen Ltd. exclusively represents several large manufacturing companies in the region as distributor. Besides that, RealGen also acts as the European distribution office of Abhitech Ltd., introducing and selling energy conservation technology and the related products.

Essentially, our business activities can be divided to several divisions:

- UPS, genset, energetics, examination and consultancy
- solving problems related to combustion, technology transfer
- establishing energy plantations, technology transfer
- small decentralized CHP power plants with BTL

Besides our own employees we employ a significant number of other partners with a work contract.

The company holds only those tools and equipments in stock, which are absolutely necessary to perform quick and flexible activities in the market; the company has no frozen stocks. The minimal objective is to maintain the balance of customers and suppliers. Strategic, short and long-term planning, internal information system, comparison of actual and target figures, taking necessary actions in case of negative difference, are all part of our controlling activities. The financial information system enables us to obtain actual data of customers and suppliers, and data of cost and income of every project individually. Cost planning is done annually on a so-called zero basis, which means that the costs of every business activity are planned individually.

Our IT system consists of 7 brand workstations, 3 notebooks, 2 network printers, a multifunctional network device and 2 brand servers. The devices are connected through a 100Mbit network. Every workstation can use ADSL internet connection and we have also created a wireless network in our office.

The company uses a self-developed corporate management software complying with ISO quality management system. With the help of this software, authorised employees can issue bills, handle the warehouse and get information. The comprehensive set of information is being archived constantly, every data can be obtained in a form easy to review.

The company has an own site with offices, warehouses and several vans and cars required to perform business activity.
